# Save favorites and add to dashboards

Favorites and dashboards are two of the key features of Phocas and are available across several modules. See the [Favorites](https://app.gitbook.com/s/7pj8v25BOyqZTdG5mdD1/favorites) and [Dashboards](https://app.gitbook.com/s/7pj8v25BOyqZTdG5mdD1/dashboards) pages to learn more.

When you change your view of the grid, filter the data, or create a chart during your analysis, you can save that view as a favorite or add it as a widget on a dashboard.

## Favorites

You can save multiple favorites and easily switch from one view to another for quick and easy access to the information that you need. When you save a favorite, you can share it with users in your organization. 

Click the blue arrow next to the database name and select **Save as favorite**, then configure the favorite and click **Save**. See [Save a favorite](https://app.gitbook.com/s/7pj8v25BOyqZTdG5mdD1/favorites/view-and-save-favorites) for more information.

## Dashboards

You can also add grid views and charts to a dashboard to help you monitor performance.&#x20;
