Save favorites and add to dashboards (Analytics)

Save your analysis points and insights as favorites and dashboard widgets, and share them with your team.

Favorites and dashboards are two of the key features of Phocas and are available across several modules. See the Favorites and Dashboards pages to learn more.

When you change your view of the grid, filter the data, or create a chart during your analysis, you can save that view as a favorite or add it as a widget on a dashboard.

Favorites

You can save multiple favorites and easily switch from one view to another for quick and easy access to the information that you need. When you save a favorite, you can share it with users in your organization and others who don't use Phocas.

Click the blue arrow next to the database name and select Save as favorite, then configure the favorite and click Save. See Save a favorite for more information.

Dashboards

You can also add grid views and charts to a dashboard to help you monitor performance.

Click the blue arrow next to the database name and select Add to dashboard, then configure the favorite and click Save. See Add content to a dashboard for more information.
