Use the Sales Performance Suite
Understand sales performance, focus on the customers and opportunities that matter most, and turn insights into action.
The Sales Performance Suite brings together Flex Modes, Insights, and CRM to support your sales process from analysis through to follow-up.
These modules work together with your business data to give your sales team a clearer view of performance, help them decide where to spend their time, and keep the next action connected to the customer.

Don't have one or more of these modules? Visit our website to learn more about them.
Use the modules together
You don't need to use the three modules in a fixed order. Start with the question or task in front of you, then move between them as required.
For example:
Understand: Use Flex Modes to identify that sales are declining for a group of customers.
Prioritize: Use Insights to understand which of those customers are most valuable, at risk, or present the strongest opportunity.
Act: Use CRM to review the account, record the interaction, and create the appropriate follow-up activity.
Or you might start in Insights with a list of customers that need attention, investigate their sales history in Flex Modes, then use CRM to manage the follow-up.
Together, Flex Modes, Insights, and CRM help you move from what is happening, to where to focus, to what to do next.
Understand performance with Flex Modes
Use Flex Modes to explore your sales data and understand what is driving performance.
Compare periods, analyze variances, filter your data, and drill down to individual transactions to investigate changes across customers, products, sales reps, territories, and other areas of your business.
For example, you might use Flex Modes to find:
Customers whose sales or margin are declining.
Products that are performing differently from the previous period.
Sales reps or territories that are above or below expectations.
Customers that have stopped buying particular products.
The transactions behind an unexpected result.
Once you identify an area that needs attention, you can investigate the customers involved and decide what to do next.

Prioritize customers with Insights
Use Insights to understand customer buying behavior and identify where your sales effort might have the greatest impact.
Customer segmentation automatically groups customers according to how recently and frequently they buy and how much they spend. This helps you quickly distinguish between customers that are performing well, customers showing signs of risk, and customers that might present opportunities for further growth.
You can filter the segmentation to focus on your own territory, sales rep, product group, or another part of the business, then investigate the customers behind the results.
Use these insights to:
Protect valuable customer relationships.
Identify customers whose buying behavior is changing.
Re-engage customers that might be drifting away.
Find opportunities to grow existing accounts.
Prioritize which customers to contact first.

Take action in CRM
Use CRM to turn what you learn into the next sales action.
CRM keeps customer information and sales activity together, so you can review an account, record interactions, create follow-up activities, and manage ongoing opportunities.
For example, after identifying a customer that needs attention in Insights or Flex Modes, you might:
Review the account and its previous activity.
Record a meeting, phone call, or business note.
Create a task for the next follow-up.
Assign work to another person.
Track an opportunity through your sales pipeline.
This creates a connection between understanding what is happening and making sure something happens next.
