Use this page to manage access and setup for Insights: Customer segmentation.
Assign the Insights license to users.
For one user, use the user account page.
For multiple users, use the bulk update tool or License view on the Users page.
Give users access to the required database. See Manage a user's database access and restrictions.
Set up a database to configure an unconfigured database for customer segmentation.
(Optional) Edit customer segmentation to update the configuration, remove customers, or create threshold sets.
After setup, open Use customer segmentation to review the results and understand how the page works.
