Get started with Sales Insights

Open Sales Insights, understand what you can access, and know what administrators need to set up.

If you're an administrator, go to Manage customer segmentation to give users access and set up databases.

Use this page to open Sales Insights for the first time and confirm you have what you need.

Before you start:

• You need a Sales Insights license.
• Your data access affects the results you see.

Open Sales Insights

1. In the Phocas navigation menu, click Sales Insights.
2. In the Sales Insights menu, review the available databases:

   • Configured databases are ready to use.
   • Unconfigured databases still need administrator setup.
3. Click a configured database to open its Customer segmentation page.

If the database you need is unconfigured, or you cannot open it, contact your administrator. Administrators can use Manage customer segmentation to assign access and complete setup.
