Agenda

The My Agenda screen shows a 7-day view of your scheduled activities in CRM, such as meetings and tasks.

My Agenda in CRM

Select the CRM menu button, and then My Agenda. My Agenda opens by default on today’s date and displays list of activities you have coming up for the next week, listed by date.

View and edit an item

On the My Agenda screen, overdue items appear at the top in red. If there is more than one overdue item, the section is collapsed. You can expand it to view all activities.

Use the Calendar button to select a different date, or select Today to return to the current day’s view.

Select an item in the list to see its details on the right. The same information is available when you open the activity from the Activities screen or from the Activities tab in an account, contact, or lead record.

Update the activity details as needed and select Save when you're done.

You can add activities directly to accounts, contacts, and leads. Personal appointments can also be added on the My Agenda and My Activities screens.

Schedule agenda email notifications

You can set up notifications to be sent to your email account:

  • To remind you about your upcoming agenda items

  • To inform you when you have been assigned an activity or invited to a meeting.

This feature requires SMTP settings to be configured. Check with your administrator if you are not sure this option is available.

  • In the top right of your screen, select your profile picture > Account settings.

  • In the Email notifications section, select the required notification option(s):

    • Select the My Activity and Meeting Invitations checkbox.

    • Select the My Agenda at checkbox and select the time you want to the email to be sent.

  • Ensure your email address and time zone are correct.

  • Select Save.
