My Agenda in CRM

Select the CRM menu button, and then **My Agenda**. **My Agenda** opens by default on today’s date and displays list of activities you have coming up for the next week, listed by date.

## View and edit an item <a href="#manageyouragenda-viewandeditanitem" id="manageyouragenda-viewandeditanitem"></a>

Your **Agenda** page displays activities that you own or that your CRM restrictions allow you to see.&#x20;

Invited to a meeting but can't see it in your agenda? Being an attendee doesn't affect whether a meeting (activity) is visible in your agenda. If a meeting is missing, contact your CRM administrator and ask them to check your CRM restrictions.

On the **My Agenda** screen, overdue items appear at the top in red. If there is more than one overdue item, the section is collapsed. You can expand it to view all activities.

Use the **Calendar** button to select a different date, or select **Today** to return to the current day’s view.

Select an item in the list to see its details on the right. The same information is available when you open the activity from the **Activities** screen or from the **Activities** tab in an account, contact, or lead record.

Update the activity details as needed and select **Save** when you're done.

On the **My Agenda** screen, overdue items are flagged at the top (in red). This section will be collapsed if there is more than one item; expand it to view the other overdue activities. You can click the **Calendar** button to select a different date and click **Today** to switch back to today’s view as required.

Click an item in the list to display its details on the right. This is the same information you would see if you opened the activity from the **Activities** screen or the **Activities** tab in an account, contact or lead record.

Edit the activity’s details as required and click **Save**.

You can add activities directly to accounts, contacts, and leads. Personal appointments can also be added on the **My Agenda** and **My Activities** screens.

## Schedule agenda email notifications <a href="#manageyouragenda-scheduleagendaemailnotifications" id="manageyouragenda-scheduleagendaemailnotifications"></a>

You can set up notifications to be sent to your email account:

* To remind you about your upcoming agenda items
* To inform you when you have been assigned an activity or invited to a meeting.

This feature requires SMTP settings to be configured. Check with your administrator if you are not sure this option is available. &#x20;

* In the top right of your screen, select your profile picture > **Account settings.**&#x20;
* In the **Email notifications** section, select the required notification option(s):
  * Select the **My Activity and Meeting Invitations** checkbox.
  * Select the **My Agenda at** checkbox and select the time you want to the email to be sent.
* Ensure your email address and time zone are correct.
* Select **Save**.
